The Amazing Spider-Man has a new trailer and will be hitting cinemas July 3rd. Starring Andrew Garfield (The Social Network) as the new face of Spider-Man and Emma Stone as his love you can see the trailer below. Doesn’t excite me as much as the Batman one!

Dubstep seems to be taking over in movie commercials lately with both Battleship and Act of Valor Superbowl ads containing them. Unfortunately the Act of Valor trailer doesn’t seem to be available anywhere yet, but you can see the Battleship one here.

And in an interesting development a dubstep movie is in the works. Yes you read correctly. Titled Snap, the forthcoming film is described as a “psychological thriller” and is “set in a world of high-energy and relentless beats”. Set to star Jake Hoffman who plays “an undiscovered musician, in this case a shy-but-brilliant dubstepper” and Nikki Reed (Twilight). “Lured in by his mesmerising musical skills, she follows him into the underground dubstep scene, but before long his personal demons become too much for her to handle”

I for one am quite interested in how this will turn out, perhaps Skrillex will make an appearance? In current movie news I will be seeing and reviewing Safehouse Thursday night, and Shame comes out as well!
Spiderman might be worth watching with Emma Stone in it.
